Driver App Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HYRYDE. By signing up and using the HYRYDE Driver App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

To use the HYRYDE Driver App, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and necessary permits
  • Have access to an insured and roadworthy vehicle
  • Pass HYRYDE’s onboarding, background, and identity checks

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and banking information
  • Accept and complete trip requests promptly and professionally
  • Use the app only for its intended purpose and not for any unlawful activity
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and trip information
  • Drivers will be paid for completed trips based on HYRYDE’s pricing structure
  • Payouts are made to the registered bank account
  • HYRYDE reserves the right to withhold payment in case of fraud, misconduct, or disputes

You must:

  • Always act professionally and respectfully
  • Comply with all local laws, driving regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Avoid unsafe or inappropriate behaviour toward passengers or staff

HYRYDE has zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, substance abuse, or unsafe driving.

  • Passengers may rate each trip. Repeated low ratings may result in warnings, suspension, or deactivation
  • HYRYDE may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breaches of these terms or misconduct
  • We collect and use data such as GPS location, trip history, and contact information to operate and improve the service
  • Your data is processed in accordance with our – https://hyryde.com/privacy/

HYRYDE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

HYRYDE is not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or after a trip
  • Losses due to technical issues, delays, or third-party services
