Cancellation Policy

HYRYDE is committed to providing high-quality and reliable transportation services to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. However, we also need to protect our business and our drivers from loss of income due to late cancellations or changes.

Cancellation policy effective from January 1, 2023

 

  • If you notify HYRYDE of your cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to an event service, HYRYDE will provide a full refund or offer a transfer of credit for another event. If you notify HYRYDE of your cancellation less than 4 weeks, then HYRYDE will charge a 100% cancellation fee on the estimated total value of the invoice.
  • Cancellations received within 24hrs of the commencement of the service will be charged at full price including Airport transfers or no shows at airports / docks and any other destination which is not an inner-city centre will be charged full fare.
  • You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to the cancellation of the vehicle type policy set below before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • If you cancel or change your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for any event services, you will be charged the full fare of the original booking.
  • If you downgrade or upgrade your car type less than the cancellation policy set below, especially for any event services before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged the full fare of the original booking.
  • If you fail to show up at the pick-up location within 90 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, you will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full fare of the booking, including waiting time.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair. Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will not incur any charges.
