HYRYDE operates a global network of professional chauffeur partners to deliver executive ground transportation services to corporate clients, travel management companies, airlines, and private travellers worldwide.

This Affiliate Code of Practice establishes the operational, safety, and professional standards required of all transportation partners working with HYRYDE.

All affiliated operators must comply with these standards as a condition of participation in the HYRYDE global network.

All affiliate partners must operate in full compliance with local and national transportation regulations.

Operators must:

  • Hold valid commercial operating licences
  • Maintain legally registered passenger transport vehicles
  • Ensure drivers are properly licensed
  • Comply with all applicable transportation laws

HYRYDE reserves the right to request documentation

Affiliate partners must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for passenger transportation.

Minimum coverage should include:

  • Commercial vehicle insurance
  • Third-party liability insurance
  • Passenger liability insurance
  • Public liability insurance where applicable

Insurance documentation may be requested during onboarding or periodic supplier reviews.

Affiliate partners must ensure all drivers meet HYRYDE professional standards.

Drivers must:

  • Hold a valid driving licence
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Demonstrate professional conduct
  • Maintain professional attire suitable for executive transport

Drivers should also demonstrate strong customer service skills and discretion when interacting with passengers.

Vehicles must be suitable for executive passenger transportation and maintained in excellent condition.

Vehicles must:

  • Be properly licensed and insured
  • Meet safety inspection standards
  • Be clean and professionally presented
  • Provide appropriate passenger comfort

HYRYDE may decline vehicles that do not meet these standards.

Affiliate partners must ensure consistent service delivery aligned with HYRYDE brand expectations.

  • Accurate trip execution
  • Professional chauffeur conduct

Drivers should arrive early for pickups and maintain professional communication with HYRYDE operations when necessary.

Passenger safety is the highest priority.

Affiliate partners must maintain procedures for handling:

  • accidents
  • vehicle breakdowns
  • passenger illness
  • safety incidents

All incidents affecting HYRYDE passengers must be reported immediately to HYRYDE operations.

Many HYRYDE clients are corporate executives, financial institutions, and high-profile individuals.

Drivers and operators must maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Passenger identity
  • Travel itineraries
  • Corporate travel information

Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of the partnership.

Affiliate partners may not subcontract HYRYDE trips to other operators without prior approval.

Where subcontracting is permitted, the partner remains fully responsible for ensuring that all subcontracted providers comply with HYRYDE standards.

HYRYDE monitors service performance through operational feedback and client experience.

Partners may be reviewed based on:

  • Punctuality
  • Service quality
  • Driver professionalism
  • Communication with operations

Failure to meet standards may result in suspension or removal from the HYRYDE network.

By accepting trips from HYRYDE, the affiliate partner confirms they operate in accordance with this Code of Practice and agree to uphold the professional standards expected by HYRYDE clients.
